Important: As of April 8, 2014, Microsoft nolonger supports Windows XP with security updates. To ensure thehighest security standards, the UITS Support Center no longerregisters Windows XP devices to the IU network. Known issues
In some instances, SP3 will reset your computer's NTLMsetting back to the default for Windows XP. This change most likelywill prevent you from accessing your Indiana University Exchangeaccount via your Outlook client (typically, Outlookwill continually prompt you for your username and passphrase). To fixthe problem, download and run theIU Windows Authentication Update from IUware. Additionally, youmay have to create a new Outlook profile.
